Client data
When law firms engage us to operate intake or lead re-engagement on their behalf, we process their contact records as a service provider under our agreement with that firm. That data stays within the firm's own systems and accounts, is never used to train third-party models, and is never shared across clients.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
