These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ai.ignitionsystems.io and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Ignition Systems (Xown Inc, “Ignition Systems”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Ignition Systems provides AI-powered intake, lead re-engagement, and sales automation services for professional service businesses. Information on the Site describes our services generally; the specifics of any engagement (including pilots) are set out in a separate agreement between you and us.

2. Not legal, financial, or professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Results described on the Site (including case studies and statistics) reflect specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of your results.

3. Free pilots and offers

Free pilot offers described on the Site are subject to qualification and availability, and are governed by the pilot terms we agree with you directly. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue offers at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information through our forms without authorization.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Ignition Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (for example, scheduling and video hosting). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignition Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ignition Systems harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
