What Ignition Systems does

We sell AI intake automation to high-volume law firms. Firms already pay for leads. We make sure those leads get answered, booked, and followed up.

The product is live with clients in immigration and personal injury. The stack is GoHighLevel on the front, n8n Foundation instances in the middle, and LLM prompts for scoring and routing.

What you will own

n8n Foundation instances per client: clone, configure, keep them healthy
Cursor-driven builds: workflows, prompts, and scoring logic in repo, not only in the UI
Webhook wiring, GHL to n8n and back: contacts, opportunities, tags, notes
LLM prompts and scoring so the wrong leads do not hit a setter or closer
Integrations: calendars, CRMs, inboxes, and whatever the next client already uses
Monitoring and escalations when a workflow silently dies at 2am

Must-haves

Production n8n. You have run workflows that other people depend on.
A 60-second Loom, camera on, face visible. Walk a production n8n workflow. No Loom, no interview.
You already use AI coding agents (Cursor or similar) to ship, not to demo.
You can debug a webhook, a bad stage ID, and an expired credential without a meeting.
4 hours a day overlap with US Eastern. Contractor, paid in USD.
