We are scaling fast and hiring our first dedicated appointment setter to join the founder's team. You work remote. You get paid in USD. You sit on warm inbound demand: law firm owners who already asked for information.

The role

Every lead you call has already asked us for information, no cold lists
Call and message new leads within minutes to book them onto our calendar
Confirm and rebook appointments so calls actually happen
Follow up with leads who watched our training but have not booked yet
Log every touch in the CRM we provide (GoHighLevel)

Growth path

We promote from within. Setters who hit target are trained on our closing playbook and move to closer, where on target earnings are $8,000/month.

How you get paid

Strong base Guaranteed, paid monthly

$2,000 USD/month on target Most of this is performance pay when you hit your booking goal

$2,200+ for top performers Uncapped, the more qualified calls that show, the more you earn

Performance pay is earned on every booked call that actually shows up, plus a bonus for every client we sign from your bookings, plus a monthly bonus for hitting your booking target. We share the full comp plan with every candidate who passes the Loom review.

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English
40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time business hours
Experience in appointment setting, sales, call center, or customer service (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus)
Quiet workspace, headset, reliable computer, stable internet (25+ Mbps)
Career-minded: looking to grow, not just a gig
